We wish to announce that management at Silenzio has come to a couple of decisions that will impact its performances in the next couple of months.
1) We are doing so many transfers that teamspirit is very low. Because of that and other bad news, the team did not score a single point so far this season. Also we have some recharging to do. In the next 30 days we will refrain from competitive cycling to set our goals later in the season in D3/4.
2) Our sprinttrain is getting better and better, and the most important riders will reach their prime in two-four seasons. We feel they now deserve nothing less than the best equipment. Moreover those frames are shiny nowadays! Must have it. We will be reserving 1M to invest in equipment and staff before the end of season.
3) Our hillteam has not been succesful so far. To finance the equipment and staff we will sell our entire hill team, including two 210+ talents. In the meantime we will keep training them, to make them more attractive to potential buyers. This training will be financed by outgoing transfers of talents. The planned transferdate of our hilldivision is around D85. If interested, the team is willing to listen to any offers. A teamsale thread will be made later in the season.

Thanks all for backing me up in this one. Certainly hope it will pay off in the end. Don't know how I was lured into hilling in the first place.
Good luck! Those major moves are scary but if you navigate them well you don't usually regret them. Fully support your consolidation stragety, in less than a season you'll be back with a scary sprint team!
That is a major change, after just acquiring the hillers. Good luck in the endeavor!
I have so far no regret about having spent the same amount in equipment and staff, so I guess it is a wise decision !
Big changes and good plans.
Good luck!
